Fast track- aggressive schedule. Ground up build and management of Verizon technology building outside of Comerica Park, Detroit MI. Site excavation, coordination with the city of Detroit, masonry build, extensive care had to be taken to ensure building was water tight and secure because of sensitivity of interior technology and electrical. Coordination of multiple sub trades including electrical and mechanical engineers.
